Bookings for all appointment types need to be made via this website using the booking tool or as a walk in at one of our clinics.
Your appointment will be booked at a branch of your choice for which the location and time of your appointment cannot be changed in less than 24 hours of your booking time.

There is a £35 Phlebotomy charge for all blood tests booking under £250.

Appointment Type:
Please be aware that our phlebotomist cannot advise you on which test you should book, it’s the legal obligation in the health services that patients cannot be advised unless it’s done by a doctor (or even a GP or Clinical Scientist).
Please be aware if booked without a doctor’s consultation, you are agreeing to a self-referred test booked by yourself.
It is your responsibility to be aware of the test you have booked and that you are satisfied with what the results of your preferred test will uncover about your health.
Explanations of your results will only be available through a doctor’s consultation with one of our doctors or your own doctor.

Rescheduling:
You can reschedule your appointment or relocate your appointment to a different branch for a maximum of 1 time since your first booking.
Please call or email our team no more than 24 hours before your appointment time.

Any cancellations after rescheduling are non-refundable.

Home Visit – Outcall Service:

Booking an outcall service with us, you are agreeing for our health care profession to enter your preferred location to provide the medical service you require. You are also agreeing to pay the cost of the medical service at the time of your appointment. You are only being charged £50 during your time of booking as for the outcall fee, for your private care.

Cancellation and Refund:
If cancelled with more than 24 hours of notice before appointment time: You are entitled to a refund minus £10 admin fee for cancellation.
If cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice before your appointment time: Non-refundable.
No show: Non-refundable
Your refund will be processed within 5 – 10 business working days and will be processed into your original payment method with us.
