By getting tested, you’ll be able to determine if you have any conditions that need to be addressed. Getting tested can help you prevent and manage chronic diseases, detect health problems early, and keep track of your overall health.

Booking is easy! Once booked, confirmation of your appointment will be sent to your email, all you need to do is attend the appointment and our staff will handle the rest.

After you arrive at one of our Central London clinics, you will pay the full amount for your blood tests minus the £35 deposit paid online.

If unsure on what test to book, you can place a deposit of £35 to secure an appointment, which gives you time to choose and research on what blood test you want. Please remember our phlebotomist can’t advise on what test you should do, please book a doctor’s consultation for further guidance to your blood test booking.

Yes. We will always maintain strict confidentiality regarding your test results and any personal information you provide.

For most blood tests a fasting sample is advisable. This does not apply to blood tests for STDs. If you are on any medication, please do let us know when booking your test so we can advise you accordingly.

We want to make sure you have the information you need to take control of your health and lead a healthier life. Abnormalities should be considered an early warning, but do not necessarily mean you have an illness or disease. We strongly recommend you discuss the results with your doctor for evaluation, further testing and diagnosis.

A member of our trained staff can retrieve a sample from you in the comfort of your own home, for an additional fee.

No, you can book your own lab tests and do not require a doctor’s referral. In fact, our goal is to empower you to be your own health advocate. If you are unsure as to what test you should book, you are welcome to book a consultation with one of our GMC registered doctors beforehand.

We are open 7 days a week with appointments from 8:00am – 5:30pm, bookable the same day or up to a week in advance.

We are currently unable to accept payment by health insurance, but we advise you to check with your insurer as some may reimburse you for the cost of your consultation or tests with us. Please check with them for details.

You are able to change your appointment time, free of charge, up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. To do so, simply contact our admin team at 020 706 22385 or 07546 559040 (9am – 7pm)

You will receive a report of your test results, which will be sent to you via email. If you would like a further explanation of your test results, please book a consultation with one of our GMC registered doctors here.
